Are you looking for an opportunity to join a challenging and strong project management team? If so, this position might be perfect for you! Jack Henry is hiring a Strategic Program Manager III to join our Corporate Program Management Office in the Enterprise Services team. This role focuses on leading strategic internal programs, projects, and initiatives utilizing both agile and traditional methodologies.

This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

The salary range for this position is $100,000- $110,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Leads programs composed of multiple interrelated projects aimed at delivering new or upgraded products, services, or corporate processes.
  • Manages all phases of projects, from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment across all included projects.
  • Establishes and maintains a comprehensive program framework, with a strong emphasis on effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proactively manages program-level risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in project or program management.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project Management Institute preferred.
  • Strong program management skills and a deep understanding of project management processes and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of industry program and project management practices and company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills in all areas with the ability to design and establish clear communication processes.
  • Goal oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • General knowledge of software practices and procedures including Agile methodologies.
  • Capable of leading diverse teams without direct administrative authority.
  • Ability to interact productively with senior internal and external personnel.
