Description
Responsibilities: Responsible for creating a fun and productive work environment. Assists the guest, either in person, over the phone or through the Bally' Website in completing a Credit Application.

Withstand various activities such as frequent walking, sitting forlong periodsand must be able to withstand prolonged standing.Be able to work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to fatigue, noise, dust, cigarette smoke, and be able to access all areas of the property.Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks assigned. (preferred)
Must secureappropriateRImandatedgaming licenses Any and AllApplicable Licensing Requirements Outstanding Guest Service Skills in person and over the phone. Must be able tofrequentlymove freely about the office,maintainmanual dexterity to access computer via computer keyboard andoperateoffice equipment, such as telephones, copiers, fax machine, etc., (preferred) Ability to work in a fast paced, busy, andsomewhat stressfulenvironment.Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while dealing effectively withguest, management, teammembersand outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.Knowledge of Casino Credit issuance and Collections.Ability tooperatedepartment specific software programs,preparesreports, write,readandcomprehendcomplex memos and reports.
