Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PCBA Quality Inspector to support inspection of electronic assemblies in a production manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong PCBA inspection, IPC standards knowledge, and the ability to perform dimensional inspection while ensuring quality and workmanship requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience inspecting printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), reading engineering drawings, and supporting quality control efforts in a detail-oriented manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities
*Perform visual inspection of PCBAs and electronic assemblies
*Inspect work to established IPC workmanship standards
*Conduct dimensional inspections using calipers, gauges, and related tools
*Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation
*Apply GD&T understanding during inspection activities
*Identify workmanship issues, defects, and quality concerns
*Support incoming, in-process, and/or final inspection as needed
*Document inspection findings and communicate quality issues clearly
*Help ensure products meet internal and customer quality expectations

Required Qualifications
*2+ years of experience in PCBA inspection, electronics quality, or manufacturing quality inspection
*Strong understanding of IPC-based inspection
*Experience with dimensional inspection
*Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
*Familiarity with GD&T
*Strong attention to detail and quality documentation

Preferred Qualifications
*Experience with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, or related standards
*Prior IPC certification (active or expired)
*Experience in aerospace, avionics, defense, medical device, or other high-reliability manufacturing
*Experience supporting incoming, in-process, or final inspection
*Experience documenting nonconformances / defects
