Serves as single-point-of-contact for customer distribution projects, which includes the customer account relationship, coordinate projects from inception to completion and distribution system development, reliability, and maintenance. Analyzes, designs, and prepares structural and electrical specifications and work orders. Aligns resources to meet customer service commitments and leads teams to address customer needs. These activities require consideration of cost effectiveness, future growth, safety and other code requirements, and customer satisfaction. Two (2) years' prior work experience preferred. Prior work experience for an electric utility company, and/or exposure to project coordination for an electric utility designing overhead and underground electrical distribution systems will be considered first.
