Senior Project Manager (RPLS), Survey

• This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design and construction of projects for the Survey practice.
• This position requires strong design and project management experience and knowledge of working with local entities.
• Manage design and plan production as well as manage clients and supervise technical staff through workshare opportunities with various practices and offices at Halff.
• This position shall value and be active in professional organizations that benefit the Survey Industry.
• Develop a network of municipal clients and teaming partners.
• Develop and manage project scope, personnel, budgets, schedules and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee project's financial health, report issues, and come up with solutions.
• Manage other consultant teams and the workload of design staff including field crew members, surveyors, and technical staff that contribute to the growth and safety of Texas.
• Provide support to business development efforts to guide and lead each phase of the process in preparation of proposals, while emphasizing quality outcomes.
• Exceptional ability to lead by example in a professional, productive and established work environment.
• Assist with the operational flow for a survey team to collaboratively prioritize projects of all sizes and levels of complexities.
• Report on project progress and budgets.
• Work with the Survey Team Leader and Operations Managers in business development activities.
