Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent and 5 years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading analyst operations in a higher education environment.
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Experience Manager platform.
  • Experience developing and maintaining applications in Adobe ColdFusion.
  • Experience designing on low/no-code platforms like Zapier and n8n.
  • Knowledge of county office, academic department, and statewide program delivery, enabling effective alignment of application solutions with real-world program needs.


Position Summary
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences ( CAES) Office of Information Technology ( OIT) and serves as Team Lead for data, workflow, and application development. While not responsible for managing employees, this position helps direct tasks and strategic goals. Common activities include developing applications, workflows, and similar products, managing projects, collaborating with stakeholders to set goals and expectations, and creating/overseeing team best practices. The Team Lead collaborates to learn, select, and use appropriate technologies. The Team Lead is co-responsible for the quality of the work produced on their team, as measured by client/stakeholder feedback, product uptime, and team productivity.
