As a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol Driver in Sparrows Point, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols and a primarily driving post presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will remain visible, support access awareness, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity by verifying credentials, observing deliveries, and reporting suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and maintaining awareness of changing conditions in indoor and outdoor working environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet preferred.
• Possess customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
