As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and data-focused location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control and badge checks, document activity using computer and/or tablet tools, and deliver customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to location personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken per site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices, lobbies, corridors, loading areas, and perimeter zones, noting unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, visitor check-in processes, and delivery activity, verifying authorization and reporting discrepancies per post orders.
• Complete security-related reports and daily activity logs, communicate observations to location contacts and/or management, and support technology-focused operations by monitoring assigned systems as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or security license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
