About the Role As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in keeping our service operations running smoothly. Partnering closely with the Service Manager, you'll coordinate technician schedules, manage incoming service requests, and ensure clear communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams. What You'll Do Prioritize and schedule service calls based on urgency and customer needs Coordinate and communicate with service technicians throughout the day Enter and manage new service requests in real time Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates and answering questions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery Track parts availability and job status for open work orders Provide backup support to fellow dispatchers as needed Participate in a rotational on-call schedule What You Bring Experience: 3-5 years of dispatching or related experience preferred Strong knowledge of the food service industry a plus! Skills & Abilities: Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to manage high call volumes across multiple systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Team-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen Why Join CKPS?
