Pay range: $23 to $27 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7am-5pm (Fridays as needed for weather make-up days)

The Role:
Ironwood Outdoor Services in Rogers, MN, is looking to add a Landscape Crew Lead to their growing team. You'll execute landscape installation and maintenance projects for HOA and commercial clients. You'll be the on-site leader - keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and up to Ironwood's quality standards.

What You'll Do:
  • Read and interpret plans, work orders, and blueprints to guide project execution
  • Oversee and participate in planting, mulching, edging, pruning, aerating, and spring/fall cleanups
  • Safely operate landscape equipment including skid steers, excavators, trenchers, commercial mowers, trimmers, and more
  • Perform pre/post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment; report issues to the Operations Manager promptly
  • Hold daily safety briefings and enforce all company safety policies and PPE requirements
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients; communicate professionally and proactively
  • Keep job sites, trucks, and equipment clean and organized throughout the day
  • Lead and train any additional team as needed; assign tasks and ensure quality work from start to finish
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of professional landscaping experience (installation or maintenance)
  • 1+ year in a crew lead or supervisory role preferred
  • Valid Minnesota driver's license with a clean driving record; must be able to pull a trailer (required)
  • Strong knowledge of plant materials, soils, turf management, and Minnesota climate best practices
  • Solid communication, time management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying conditions and extended hours during peak season
  • Landscaping/horticulture certification, heavy equipment experience, or OSHA 10-Hour certification a plus
