Lawncare Lead Pay range: $25 to $27 per hour Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7am-5pm (Fridays as needed for weather make-up days) The Role: Ironwood Outdoor Services in Rogers, MN, is seeking to add a Lawncare Lead to their growing staff. You'll run a crew of 3-4 people delivering high-quality lawn maintenance to HOA communities. You'll be the face of Ironwood on-site - keeping work on schedule, equipment in shape, and your crew safe and productive. What You'll Do: Lead, train, and motivate your crew daily; assign tasks and hold the team to quality standards Operate commercial mowers (zero-turn, stand-on), trimmers, edgers, and blowers Execute mowing, edging, trimming, and debris cleanup to spec Conduct pre/post-trip inspections on trucks, trailers, and equipment; report issues promptly Hold daily tailgate safety meetings and enforce PPE and safety protocols Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients; handle concerns professionally Log work completed, crew hours, and site notes using company tools What We're Looking For: 3+ years of commercial lawn care experience, with at least 1 year leading a crew Valid Minnesota driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Strong knowledge of mowing techniques, equipment operation, and turf care Solid leadership, time management, and communication skills Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one) may be required About Ironwood Outdoor We're building a destination workplace for landscape professionals - one with better tools, clearer training paths, and real support for long-term careers.
