Job Description:

SUMMARY

Desktop Support/tech

Duration: 3-month contract to hire

Location: 100% onsite, M-F, 9am-5:30pm

Address: Hamptons, NY * will be going to multiple locations *

Conversion Salary: $60k - 65k

Most Important Skillset/Key Items:

• Presents well, has a Professional presence while remaining personable
• Ability to deal with Executives
• Ability to provide VIP White glove service
• Exemplary customer service skills (verbal and written)
• Onsite (not hybrid or remote) at several Real Estate Branch offices between 9 and 5:30pm with local travel
• Works well independently as well as in a team setting
• Flexible and able to readjust due to changing priorities in an Executive environment
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and prioritize effectively
• Good time and task management skills
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Mobile device computing skills
• Basic hardware, network, and telecom troubleshooting and support
• MS 365 knowledge
• ServiceNow and Ivanti experience a plus
• Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis
• Experience working with processes and procedures in a large organization preferable
• Re-images computers, performs data migrations and restorations
• Proficient Windows and Mac troubleshooting and support
• Conducts remote problem solving as needed
• Growth mindset
• Able to lift 50 lbs. unaided
• Years Exp: 5 - 10
