We are seeking aManager of Financeto play a key role in advancing financial insight, decision-making, and performance visibility across the business. Based at our Houston, Texas headquarters, this role partners closely with finance and business leaders to turn data into insight and insight into action.



What You Will Do:



    • Own, enhance, and automate financial reporting and analytics, delivering clear, accurate, and actionable insights
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and multi-variable scenario modeling to inform planning and business decisions
    • Partner with business leaders and the Sonepar FP&A team to drive alignment, consistency, and efficiency in financial planning and reporting
    • Develop financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses to support strategic initiatives and investments
    • Analyze financial results and trends, providing recommendations that support performance improvement and forward-looking decisions
    • Lead and develop financial analyst(s) while supporting month-end close, account analysis, reconciliations, and providing technical accounting guidance as needed





What You Bring:



    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
    • 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence
    • Experience working within a heavily matrix environment
    • Demonstrated leadership and people-development experience
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
    • Experience working within a distribution, industrial, or related industry highly preferred
    • Experience with OneStream and/or Eclipse ERP strongly preferred
