The **Warehouse Control Specialist** ensures the efficient and accurate flow of goods through the warehouse by monitoring inventory systems, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining real-time data accuracy. This role is critical to maintaining operational continuity, minimizing delays, and supporting cross-functional teams in logistics, procurement, and distribution. **Schedule:** Fulltime, Monday through Friday. **Compensation:** Pay range $48k-$59k depending on experience **Benefits:** + Comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits + Life and long-term disability insurance provided at no additional expense to employee + Paid time off (PTO) including holidays + Extended Sick Bank (ESB) in addition to PTO - paid time for doctor appointments, sickness or medical leave + Retirement plans with $.50 of each contributed dollar matched for eligible employees, up to 8 percent + Employee assistance program + Wellness program + Among others **Responsibilities** Inventory & Systems Management + Monitor and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure real-time inventory accuracy. + Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through cycle counts and audits. + Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for internal stakeholders. Logistics Coordination + Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound goods. + Track shipments and update systems with delivery confirmations and delays. + Communicate with carriers and vendors to resolve transportation issues. Process Improvement & Compliance + Identify inefficiencies in warehouse workflows and recommend process improvements. + Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. + Support implementation of new technologies or system upgrades. Communication & Support + Serve as the liaison between warehouse operations and other departments (e.g., procurement, customer service). + Provide training and support to warehouse staff on system usage and inventory procedures. + Escalate system or operational issues to leadership as needed. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or general education degree (GED). + Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or inventory control required. + Experience with WMS or ERP systems preferred. + Valid drivers license. **DCI's Differentiator:** Since opening the first clinic 50 years ago in Nashville, Tenn., our Dialysis Clinic, Inc. family has grown to be the nation's largest nonprofit dialysis provider with more than 270 locations in 30 states, serving nearly 14,000 patients each day.
