Job Description

Shift: Morning
Pay Rate: $21.00 - $24.50



* Follow all corporate Environment, Health & Safety Programs and works safely at all times
* Reports to the Materials Purchasing Manager
* Unload Bales and rolls from incoming trucks
* Unload totes, cores, and pallets from incoming trucks
* Receive LTL shipments (cores, totes, etc.)
* Conduct monthly raw material inventories as directed
* Enter all receipts into SAP and Coupa
* Perform housekeeping receiving areas up to and including the ramp and lower storage areas as well as exterior housekeeping duties at receiving
* Learn and execute the functions of the Shipper and perform duties as the Shipper critical back up as needed. This includes (but is not limited to):
o Scheduling pickups and deliveries
o Maintain forklift and clamp truck
o Perform daily inspections of forklifts, clamp trucks, trailer, and docking equipment
o Create packing lists
o Take and submit inventories on a timely basis
o Communicate with Customer Service
o Communicate with carriers
o Perform quality inspections of product condition before shipping
o Generate the necessary documents for export orders
o Achieve 100% OTC
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* H.S. Diploma or GED required
* Proven computer knowledge and skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook (email), and the ability to achieve working knowledge of SAP, BluJay, and Coupa
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to operator forklift and clamp truck
* Minimum 2 years' manufacturing experience, required; paper mill and/or papermaking, preferred
* Ability to read, write and speak English
* Proven good attendance required
* Good communication skill
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team to achieve results
* Self-motivated team player who can act with minimal direction
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
* Overtime may be required
