| Primary Purpose of Position |
This position serves as the supervisor for the petition system as well as a resource for processing Graduate Academic Petitions. The Lead Liaison handles complex requests and problems and advises other liaisons on handling issues. This role manages the
SED survey. In addition to supporting graduation pre-clearance, DocuSign, and DegreeWorks, this role backs up significant processes like the processing of Early Entry students and the processing of suspensions and terminations. Significant work in native Banner is required. |

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

| Essential Job Duties |
The Lead College Liaison manages the academic petition system, responds to complex questions, and provides support to the other liaisons. This role manages many academic processes for students in several colleges, including DegreeWorks audits, Banner processing of exceptions and requests, graduation clearance processes, and DocuSign processes. |

Lead for the team with communications, petitions research, and Degreeworks projects. |
