Job Description

We are currently hiring a Tour Center Coordinator FT in Rehoboth Beach, DE.

The Tour Center Coordinator is responsible for managing and providing leadership to the Ambassadors and Tours team. They are a model for the Tour Center teams by executing daily operations in an efficient and effective manner, providing the highest level of customer service to internal and external guests, conducting cidery/ brewery tours and tastings, and maintaining the appearance of the Tour Center. The Tour Center Coordinator will work with the Programs & Tour Manager to drive company culture through the development and execution of strategies that raise the bar for our drinkers, increase traffic and sales, and promote craft credibility.

What You'll Brew:

Customer Service
* Maintain a high level of customer service and hospitality in the Tour Center
* Conduct general and VIP tours and tastings as needed, as well as conducting general tours during the off-peak season
* Facilitate internal and external sales account meetings and trainings, dinners and other activities as directed by PTM

Operations Management
* Act as the lead tour guide
* Effectively communicate with the Tours Team and execute tour programs each day
* Serves as a floor manager to the Ambassador and Tours Team during day to day operations
* Participate in and/or hold weekly meetings as needed with team members and staff
* Ensure tour programs are ran smoothly, on time, and with a high level of detail
* Manages tour audit program for Ambassador/Tour Guides and work with teams in conducting feedback meetings
* Develop and maintain tour scripts and information
* Contribute to creation and execution of programs and paid experiences designed to drive both local and tourist traffic
* Responsible for the upkeep of the Tour Center, Tasting spaces, Brewery / Cidery
* Assist in opening and closing the Tour Center and tasting spaces
* Work with team on improving flow, efficiencies, and general operations of the Tour Center and Programs

Product Education
* Maintaining cider style sell sheets for training, drinker and sales education
* Work with the Marketing Specialist on social media and content creation for tours and programs

Working Conditions
* Manage the ever-changing environment with customers arriving and leaving
* Ability to recognize and manage conflict
* Work overtime as needed which may require 12-hour days, weekends, and holidays

What Ingredients You'll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:

* 1+ years' experience in customer service
* 1+ years' experience leadership or management
* Ability to work in an organized, detail-oriented manner
* Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment and under time constraints and deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:
* Public speaking experience

Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs, sometimes repeatedly
* Regular walking and standing for long periods of time (up to 11 hours a day) on concrete, metal and grated surfaces
* While performing the duties of this role, it may be required to climb flights of stairs, work from heights or on elevated platforms
* Agile enough to step over, crouch or crawl under
* Established dexterity to:
* Handle materials
* Operate equipment
* Interface with computer systems with precision
* Ability to pour, pick up a glass, deliver beverages to customers
* Ability to handle kitchen and service equipment

Level: 7IC

In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired ranges from $21.00 - $39.00 per hour. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
