Corporate Event Videographer

Role: Event Videographer (Freelance/Local Austin)

Project: Power Supply Design Seminar (PSDS) 2026

Location: Renaissance Austin Hotel, 9721 Arboretum Blvd, Austin, TX

Date: April 14, 2026

Time: 8:45 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (coverage will start arounf 8 am)

**What You'll Do:**

* Execute "run-and-gun" style videography to capture cinematic B-roll footage of the event.

* Focus on key moments including attendee arrivals and check-in, networking interactions, active participation during sessions, and the overall venue atmosphere.

* Ensure all footage is captured in high resolution (4K preferred) at flexible frame rates (24fps or 60fps) to allow for slow-motion effects.

* Employ dynamic movement techniques, utilizing a gimbal or steady handheld approach, to create engaging and fluid visuals.

* Organize and deliver all raw, unedited footage via hard drive or cloud transfer.

* (Optional) Produce a concise 60-second highlight "sizzle" reel showcasing the day's best moments, if requested.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience as an Event Videographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic B-roll capture.

* Expertise in "run-and-gun" videography techniques in a live event setting.

* Proficiency in capturing diverse event moments, from attendee interactions to venue ambiance.

* Technical understanding of camera settings for 4K resolution and varying frame rates (24fps, 60fps).

* Skilled in dynamic camera movement, including the use of gimbals or steady handheld methods.

* Ability to deliver organized raw footage efficiently.

* Comfortable working in an environment where audio recording, specific speaker tracking, or interviews are not required.

* Experience in editing and producing short, impactful highlight reels or sizzle videos.
