If interested, please send resume to Stoneh@acarasolutions.com Job Title: Welder Location: Rockford, TN Employment Type: Temp with a high percentage to convert to Full time after 3-6 months Industry: Manufacturing Compensation: $24.00 /hr. Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm- Weekends Required About the Opportunity: Maintain critical metals needed for the production process. Ensure accurate operation record keeping, documenting all processing steps both on paper and in databases. Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to ensure quality and compliance. Assemble diaphragms and related components as needed. What You'll Do: Weld Iridium crucibles according to specifications. Set up and weld various materials and piping using appropriate equipment and processes. Clean metals using a media blaster. Press various metals to meet specifications. Preheat and perform stress-relieving processes. Heat treats parts, tools, and materials (carbonizing, tempering, annealing, stress relieving). What Sets You Apart: You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook). Following the process, MPI documentation, and safety procedures. Ability to weld various metals: Iridium, platinum, and aluminum. Detail-Oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check. Ability to lift a minimum of 35Lbs.
