Overview

The EMR Clinical Analyst Sr. position is proficient in all roles taken on by the EMR Clinical Analyst which are as follows: Implements, modifies, tests and administers modules and systems related to EMR applications. Serves as a liaison between vendors, IT personnel, other application analysts, management and end users to resolve questions related to system functionality and design. Assesses end user needs and recommends modifications. Recommends and documents procedural changes. Develops standard and customized application reports. Performs all analytical tasks as assigned in the development of each program and secures the documentation, testing, and final analysis to ensure job and system efficiency. Performs team and integrated testing for all functionality of clinical systems and their interfaces. Functions as a resource for users in the development of time saving processes or new features. In addition, develops, implements, modifies, tests and administers more complex modules and systems related to clinical applications. Acts on modifications where warranted. Develops complex application reports.
Qualifications

Certifications: Licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) - Additional State - Varies, Education: College Diploma: Nursing; Bachelor's Degree: Related Field, Work Experience: Clinical information systems; Clinical healthcare
Responsibilities

Performs all essential job functions of Systems Analyst.
Coordinates with key user representatives to develop project task plans, timelines and schedules.
Designs simple and complex processes identifying deviations from functional requirements.
Develops system fallback.
Applies standards including regulatory requirements to system requirements and design. Makes recommendations that are in line with and support best practice.
Performs applications configurations.
Coordinates build and maintenance of various system parameter tables, issue enhancement logs, etc.
Acts as a resource and mentor to others.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $40.68per hour - $69.97per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
