This is a concierge-focused position where you will be instrumental in crafting a best-in-class onboarding experience, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition for healthcare professionals. Your expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and meticulous attention to detail will directly contribute to the rapid integration of providers, empowering them to deliver essential services with minimal disruption. You will be a primary point of contact and problem-solver, making a tangible difference in expanding access to quality care. To be considered for this role, you must:

- Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
About the Role: This high-volume operations role is designed for a highly disciplined and process-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful integration of new providers, managing a comprehensive portfolio of onboarding cases, and making critical decisions to prioritize activities. Your ability to build and maintain project plans, coordinate diverse activities from credentialing to training, and engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders will be key to your success. This role requires a strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to provide high-touch support, ensuring every provider feels valued and supported throughout their onboarding journey. What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain comprehensive onboarding implementation processes, collaborating with recruitment, credentialing, HR, IT, clinical teams, and other vital stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, leading the integration of providers into the organization.
- Own the application and onboarding processes for all providers within your assigned portfolio.
- Make critical decisions regarding the prioritization and throughput of applications and onboarding activities based on regional needs and licensure types.
- Confidently manage a portfolio of onboarding cases, tracking key performance indicators, and proactively mitigating gaps to ensure timely starts and accurate capacity gathering.
- Partner closely with leadership to recommend strategic courses of action for meeting client and capacity goals.
- Utilize appropriate authority to make timely changes and recommendations for alternate courses of action, rationalizing decisions with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines for onboarding activities, holding yourself and others accountable to deadlines.
- Facilitate education for key onboarding activities, including developing and leading live provider-facing training sessions.
- Create job aids, videos, and other materials to support the onboarding process.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and take initiative to develop solutions.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with all teams involved in the onboarding process.
- Communicate with providers via telephone and email with professional etiquette after an offer is accepted.
- Provide 1:1 onboarding support to providers during standard and occasional non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, adhering to variable response-time commitments.
- Ensure timely submission of all credentialing paperwork from providers and conduct continual follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with the credentialing department to gather information and requirements.
- Organize orientation, initial scheduling, system access, and controls.
- Ensure completion of all training modules.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of supplies and system access.
- Attend regular organizational, departmental, and manager meetings in a prompt and professional manner.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a high-volume administrative or operations role with competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in prioritization and project management, including managing a book of business and building/maintaining project plans and timelines.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a high emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable engaging with providers and leadership teams, providing 1:1 support, and leading training sessions.
- Impeccable organization, accuracy, and attention to detail, including accurate data entry and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze and present data.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity suites.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent related experience.
- Ability to work standard business hours, with comfort in occasional early-evening calls to support providers.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22.93 to $25.93 an hour.
