Staff Research Associate

We are seeking a creative, collaborative, and motivated Specialist to join the UCSF Quantitative Bioscience Institute (QBI) Research and Engineering to Accelerate Discovery (READY) Center Team. This role will focus on utilizing cutting-edge CRISPR gene editing methods to support cell engineering projects that are part of a larger research platform designed to study disease biology at the cellular level and identify new therapeutic modalities. Under general supervision of the READY Center Manager, the SRA II will assist in CRISPR/Cas9 editing experiments to create a vast library of different genomic edits.
