Location: Faribault, MN

Your Responsibilities:

• Processes or handles one or more of the following according to the departmental procedure: purchase orders, invoices, receiving inventory and completing productionpaperwork

• Enter and track purchase orders inOracle

• Gather and compile information into reports and charts inExcel

• Maintainaccurateinventoryinformation

• Provide customer service to internalcustomers

• Enters or retrieves data from established computerfiles

• Cross-references data to assure accuracy andcompleteness

• Maintains files of documents used andprepared

• May compile production paperwork for distribution to the productionfloor

• Maybe responsible forcycle counting and reconcilingreports

• Performs a variety of routine clerical duties asnecessary

• Coordinates with suppliers with vender managed inventory toestablishreplenishment ofinventory

• Works closely with the purchasing group (Buyers)

• Expedites past dueorders

• Verifies quantities of incoming uniforms and PPE with supplier

• Follows up on allorders

• Sets up new parts (establisheslocation and label)

Your Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2+ years of experience inbar coding systems, checking inventory in andout

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $21.35 to $32.99 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
