Network Planning Engineer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager (Network Infrastructure) - Remote position with a Major Telecommunications Company located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 8+ month contract opportunity.

This role will lead network infrastructure deployment and circuit implementation projects. The ideal candidate will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) to simplify workflows, enhance productivity, and provide data-driven reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead network infrastructure deployment and circuit design & implementation Projects
• Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure project deliverables meet quality and budget expectations
• Design, develop, and maintain Power App & Power Automate solutions that simplify workflows and enhance productivity
• Build, refine, and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for data driven decision making
• Prepare and present regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders
• Partner with other functional leaders in driving cross functional process changes to optimize project efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in a telecommunications, engineering, or data analytics environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI, and related Power Platform tools
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience
• Prior industry experience in facility engineering and network deployments
• Experience with circuit design and implementation; familiarity with TIRKS is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to articulate via written and through oral communication

Desired skills:

• Strong Knowledge of TDM transport, SS7 signaling, and IP Voice (VoIP) implementations
• Experience with third party circuit migrations
• Master's degree in engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field

Pay range: $40.00 - $52.00 per hour
