Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling new and existing customer inquiries while providing quality service to our customers in an enthusiastic, responsive and articulate manner.

Full Time- OKC -*Onsite

Required shift: Full Time position -Onsite position/ Shift Hours-- 7am to 4pm (M-F)

Individuals are required to work rotating weekends which include Saturday and Sunday.

$5.00/Shift differentials are available for certain hours:

Saturday's from 1pm to 6pm and Sunday from 12p to 4p.

Position Requirements:

Candidates must possess PC skills with the ability to toggle between multiple systems, good typing skills and a solid history of customer service to include handling escalated, in-depth and detailed conversations.

Previous experience in a customer service or call-center environment is preferred.

Preferred Skills:



  • Knowledge of banking products and procedures are a plus.
  • Typing test required 30 wpm.


  • Bilingual (fluent verbal and written Spanish) skills are a plus.


Bilingual assessment required/If passed additional $2.00 per hour.

  • Anniversary Bonus- Paid after the first year and third year of continuous employment within Personal Banking, you will be eligible to receive $1,500 at (1yr.) and $5,000 at (3yr.), less applicable taxes. You must be actively employed in Personal Banking through the anniversary date in order to be eligible to receive it.
