Department Summary All members of the Physics and Astronomy department carry out active research programs that garner widespread international recognition. Position Summary The Department of Physics & Astronomy is in search of a Laboratory Assistant to support the AstroPhotonics Technology Lab. This is a full-time position eligible for full benefits. Qualifications* Hands-on experience in data analysis An experience in astronomical/scientific data analysis is preferred. 1-year experience in Python programming is essential. (Required) Hands-on experience in data analysis. (Required) Hands-on laboratory experience. (Required) Experience with Python programming. (Required) Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations Bachelor's Degree STEM, particularly Physics, Astronomy, or related fields/subfields and/or equivalent experience / training.
