Apogee Architectural Metals Start Your Career in Manufacturing We are looking for dependable individuals who want to learn and grow in a hands-on manufacturing role. As a Production Painter I, you will be trained to prepare and paint parts using industrial equipment while following safety and quality standards. No advanced experience needed, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Pay: $21.00/hour + $2.00 shift premium Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM What You'll Do Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding and masking Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, and other tools Follow work instructions and basic blueprints Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and safe work area Support other team members and cross-train in different areas What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring tools Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes Basic computer skills for simple data entry Strong attention to detail and reliability Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed Why Join Us Entry-level role with on-the-job training Consistent full-time hours with shift premium Opportunity to learn new skills and grow within the company Team-focused environment that values safety and reliability Work Environment You will be working in a manufacturing setting with machinery, varying temperatures, and moderate noise levels.
