Client Advisor II, San Antonio, TX

Halff in San Antonio, TX has an immediate opening for a Client Advisor supporting our San Antonio Office operations. In this role, the ideal candidate leads the development of client strategies, oversees high-stakes accounts, and guides team operations. This role shapes client advocacy practices, collaborates on firm-wide strategies, and drives client-centric innovation.

What you will do:



  • Directly manage strategic, high-value client accounts, fostering deep partnerships and relationships.
  • Develop and implement best practices for client advocacy
  • Act as an advisor to the office leadership on client needs and market insights.
  • Drive client engagement initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Guide cross-departmental teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Oversee performance metrics for client accounts, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences and client-facing events


What you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client relations or account management.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and client relationship management skills.
  • Deep industry knowledge in consulting engineering and client advocacy.
  • Proficient in high-stakes negotiations and decision-making.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with experience in CRM, ERP, and project tools.
  • Strong ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
