Description Position at Total Mechanical Service Territory Sales Representative Remote \| Travel up to 30% (Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, minimal overnight travel) Base Salary: $55,000 + Commission ($90,000-$120,000 OTE) + Car Allowance Join Total Mechanical Service , a leader in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment service, and help drive growth as our next Territory Sales Manager. What You'll Do Manage the full sales cycle-take charge of your territory from prospecting to closing deals and maintaining relationships for the long term. Develop and manage customer relationships through on-site visits, calls, and email. Recommend tailored service solutions that help customers operate efficiently. Travel efficiently across your territory to visit customers in person (about 30% with limited overnight travel). What You Bring Proven success in sales as a service. A plus if you've sold in HVAC, food service, or a related industry. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven. Willingness to travel and maintain a professional presence. Must be at least 18 years of age. Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen required.
