Position Overview

The Business Operations Analyst Intern will support initiatives related to managed services product catalog management, pricing analysis, workflow mapping, reporting, and vendor documentation. This internship is designed for a detail-oriented and analytical student or early-career professional interested in product operations, business process and technology services. The intern will work closely with internal stakeholders to improve catalog accuracy, support CPQ transformation efforts, and provide insights that inform pricing and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Audit and update the managed services product catalog to ensure consistency in product descriptions, structure, and pricing.

* Assist in mapping the current product catalog to a new CPQ (configuration, price quoting tool) structure.

* Monitor market pricing for infrastructure components and create trending graphs to support pricing decisions.

* Build mappings between products and service delivery workflows and identify products that do not currently have associated workflows.

* Assist in establishing usage-based billing trend reporting and anomaly detection.

* Gather competitive product intelligence for review by the Managed Services Analyst.

* Assist in the audit of legacy networking product SKUs to identify opportunities to transition to updated items or kits.

* Document and organize all third-party contracts to support vendor visibility, referenceability, and ongoing management.

* Support data validation, reporting, and documentation efforts related to product and pricing operations.

* Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or duplication across products, SKUs, workflows, and contract documentation.

* Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* High attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting tools is a plus.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
