Manager, CS

Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and provide specific, end-to-end Information Systems (IS) solutions/services within the defined scope. Each day, you will execute the IS solution/service delivery utilizing the internal IS delivery units, IS Operations team members, and external third-party IS service suppliers in a "core and flex model," as advised. You will also showcase your expertise by providing consultation, input, and resolution for any incident, change, or project which has/might have a major impact on the relevant IS solutions/services.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to IS in North America. Main stakeholders are all divisions and business areas in North America.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Delivering an IS service/support for the appropriate domain or subdomain of an IS solution to the relevant customer group, ensuring execution of requirements within budgeted costs and time schedule.
• Supporting the installation/management/maintenance/optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS service build or IS service delivery for the domain.
• Managing assigned budget, if any, effectively and delivering activities within agreed schedules and costs.
• Assisting in major incident & critical situation resolution.
• Performing and guiding team members and direct reports in performing functional tasks in the CS module and associated applications in the landscape.
• Delivering projects in the assigned functional area and managing contractors' performance.

Qualifications for the role:

• You are highly skilled in with SAP CS and the manufacturing market
• You have 10 years of experience in SAP SD and CS working as a Solution Architect.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP Hana S/4 Service, SFDC Field Service Lightning.
• You are passionate about fostering exceptional teamwork, customer service, and optimal project delivery.
• Degree in computer science, business information systems, or related field. Proven experience of delivering end to end SAP project implementations.
• You are at ease communicating in English.
• You hold current valid work authorization in the United States.
