Job Description Human Resources Business Partner Locations: Kansas City, MO | Union, NJ - Hybrid Get To Know Us: SS&C is looking for a dynamic proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our fast-paced and growing Human Resources Department in Kansas City or New Jersey.The HRBP position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units and serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent and assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicatingneedsproactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. This is a regional role. Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. New Jersey: The expected base salary for the position is between $80,000 USD to $110,000 USD.
