In this role, you will lead the integration of new assets into Liquids Pipelines. This entails ensuring Operational Readiness Assurance (ORA) partners have been adequately engaged, that they have completed their associated processes, and must support the project team in navigating key Liquids Pipelines acceptance decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Note: This is a temporary term ending December 31, 2026.

What You Will Do:

  • Accountable to work with assigned project teams to identify issues and to maintain timely issue resolution. This includes ensuring compliance with Project Procedures, design standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Act on behalf of Liquids Pipelines Operational Readiness Advisor (ORA) partner groups to assure work performed by the Projects organization brings in a suitable level of partner engagement. This involves making certain that throughout the lifecycle of projects, a high level of communication is maintained with both internal and external partners.

  • Participate in project meetings and monitor project schedules to ensure ORA activities are performed in sync with project activities.

  • Support the management of department data systems, reporting, and metrics.

  • Assist with evaluating Kahua capabilities for possible application of ORA processes, BIM JIRA workflow management on a project by project basis, and Maximo (MOC) workflow management in a coordinator capacity.

Who You Are:

  • Technical degree with 6 years minimum of experience. Technical diploma and 9 years of related experience. Note a combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Able to understand and sufficiently apply Liquids Pipelines partner's technical requirements.

  • Effective interpersonal, organizational and communications skills (written and oral) to understand and explain technical and operational issues to variety of audiences.

  • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills to lead small, diverse working groups of Operational and Technical resources to accomplish business unit goals.

  • Preferred candidates are proficient in Excel and PowerApps, with demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining clear, impactful report visuals and dashboards for broad, enterprise-level audiences.
