The BIW Standards Lead will ensure BIW Standards and lessons learned are implemented for multiple new programs. He will lead the development of Design to Manufacturing Proposals and implement them. He with co locate within PDO and Advanced Engineering teams to ensure Product Standards are adhered to and Architecture is feasible. Collaborate with Advanced Process Team and lead the creation and publishing of initial BIW Quadri, Vertical Integration and Process Maps before Program Approval to ensure alignment with Program Definition. He will ensure critical Product Standards and manufacturing requirements are including in the sections before top hat morph is initiated. Ensure BIW Product Standards are maintained, updated, and improved based on lessons learned and benchmarking and drive their applications to future programs. Rapidly execute product standards violation issue discovery / issue communication / issue closure. Ensure product designs will accommodate standard Bill of process and protect for reuse of assets and tooling. He will work with the Pre Advanced Team to ensure De coupled projects have all manufacturing requirements incorporated for optimum solutions / decisions. Location(s)
