This role will drive structured planning, databased decisionmaking, and organizational alignment across topics such as tariff management and mitigation, TPC / shouldcost analysis, performance tracking, and crossfunctional program execution. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in fastmoving environments, can bring order to complexity, and enjoys working across a broad group of stakeholders-from engineering to cost, finance, suppliers, and purchasing leadership. The role will have significant leadership visibility and will temporarily assume continuity responsibilities for certain key strategic workflows-ensuring business rhythm, reporting cadence, and decision support remain uninterrupted. Location(s) 1000 Chrysler Drive, Auburn Hills , Michigan 48326 , United States Requirements Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field 8 years of experience in purchasing, program management, cost analysis, or strategic planning (automotive experience strongly preferred) Strong analytical and financial acumen; proven ability to work with complex cost structures, shouldcost models, or large datasets Expertlevel PowerPoint skills and ability to craft seniorexecutiveready materials with clear narratives and strategic framing Exceptional organizational discipline-creates structure, anticipates needs, and delivers highquality output under tight timelines Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities across crossfunctional teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting TPC, shouldcost, cost engineering, or supplier negotiations Understanding of global trade impacts, tariffs, or sourcing footprint dynamics Experience in a highvisibility environment or roles requiring interaction with VP, Csuite, or CEOlevel forums Employment Type Full-time Stellantis At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
