Description Looking for a Sr. Project Manager who will be supporting the merger efforts of two hospitals. The Sr Project Manager for Healthcare Merger and Acquisition, PMO within the IT Governance and PMO requires an individual to oversee the seamless integration of technology environments and departments, ensuring that day-one operations are stable and long-term synergies are realized without losing data and keeping to the budget. This Sr Pm will: Develop a comprehensive "Day 1" readiness plan as well as a Phase II roadmap * Evaluate the target company's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, technical debt, etc. to identify risks and integration costs * Coordinate between all IT departments to ensure technical shifts align with business goals They should have: At least 7 years' experience in hospital healthcare project management At least 2-3 full M&A lifecycles Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.
