THE ROLE: You will support the Head of EP with day-to-day operational management across travel, events, residential coverage, protective support activities and including but not limited to other administrative projects and tasks. You will manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance standards.You will ensure adherence to budget and requirements forecast and support cost controls. You will maintain SOPs, implement tools, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. You will partner closely with the Head of Executive Protection to ensure operational readiness and alignment with overall security strategy. Your work enables protection teams to focus fully on safeguarding leadership. If you are driven by operational excellence and take pride in disciplined execution, this role gives you the opportunity to strengthen the foundation of a high performing executive protection program. THE PERSON: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong vendor management experience * Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills * Experience working in MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, etc.), SAP/Concur * Experience scaling operations in dynamic or high growth environments ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: LOCATION: Santa Clara, CA or Austin, TX #LI-IL1 #LI-HYBRID This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
