About the Role:

The Payroll Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing for the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and implementing best practices in payroll management. The Senior Payroll Analyst will analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, ultimately contributing to the financial health of the company. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with various departments to address payroll-related inquiries and provide guidance on payroll policies. The end result of this position is to maintain a seamless payroll process that supports employee satisfaction and organizational compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
  • Experience with payroll software systems, such as ADP or Paychex.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and integration with payroll processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and analyze payroll data for discrepancies and resolve issues as they arise.
