ABX ACCOUNTANT

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
* Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
* Analyze information and data by developing spreadsheet reports.
* Ensure timely and accurate filing of monthly, quarterly and annual DOT and other finance and operation reports required for regulatory compliance.
* Contribute to the annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects.
* Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIREMENTS:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
* Working knowledge of basic GAAP and financial statements
* Moderate to strong Excel skills and ability to learn new software
* Ability to work cooperatively with others and with a positive attitude

PREFERRED SKILLS:
* One to three years of experience in accounting or finance preferred
* Experience with Oracle Fusion software
* CPA or MBA
* Airline industry experience
