TECHNICAL DEGREE NONE NONE NONE THE OPPORTUNITY The Engineering Intern will work directly with the Managing Director, Collaboration and Workplace Innovation. This is a hands-on, technical internship focused on learning operations to include: Managed Services, Customer Support, Technology Integration, Innovation Center and Healthcare Manufacturing. This internship requires on-site support 3 days a week in our Chantilly, VA office. HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT Assist in the development and testing of integrated hardware/software solutions (e.g., collaboration devices, peripherals, and control systems) Work with engineers to prototype, configure, and validate new product capabilities in a lab environment Support integration efforts across endpoints, codecs, control systems, and cloud platforms (e.g., Teams, Webex) Write and modify scripts, configurations, or lightweight code to automate device behavior and workflows Troubleshoot issues across hardware, firmware, and software layers to identify root causes Participate in lab builds, system bring-up, and functional testing of new solutions Document configurations, test results, and integration patterns for repeatable deployments Summer internship May - September 26' INTERN PROJECT AREAS Hardware/software integration for collaboration and AV systems (cameras, codecs, microphones, control processors) Development of simple automation workflows (e.g., device macros, API integrations, control logic) Lab-based prototyping of meeting room or workspace solutions Performance and interoperability testing across platforms (e.g., Teams Rooms, Webex devices) Evaluation of emerging endpoint technologies and peripherals Creation of reference architectures and wiring/configuration standards Development of repeatable deployment templates and technical documentation WHAT SETS YOU APART You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field You excel in an independent work environment with light guidance You are able to write in a clear manner and have excellent verbal communication skills Compensation and Benefit Information: The salary range for this position is$23 - $26 hourly. This range reflects the anticipated base pay for the position and is not a guarantee of final compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, contract requirements, and business needs. Iron Bow Technologies reserves the right to fill this role at a different level, depending on qualifications and organizational priorities. This range represents only one component of Iron Bow's total compensation package.
