Role:

To complete daily checks on deposit related reports including but not limited to CD/IRA, dormant, funding international wires, and others as needed, in accordance with standard procedures and under moderate supervision

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Daily check back of multiple deposit related reports including CD/IRA reports, dormant, and other deposit reports as needed.

Answers customer and branch personnel inquiries about accounts and provide problem resolution.

Serves as a backup to various deposit support job functions.

Funds incoming and outgoing international wires.

Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience

Three years to five years of similar or related experience.

Education

(1) A high school education or GED. (2) Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.

Interpersonal Skills

Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.

Other Skills

Good Keyboard and 10-key skills; must be able to operate general office equipment including calculator, copy machine, computer, telephone; requires lifting and motion tasks. Must be able to use Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements

The person in this position needs to frequently move about inside the office to interact with associates and access office machinery and file cabinets. The person in the position constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, photocopier, and printer.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as calculators, computers, phones, photocopier, filing cabinets and fax machines.
