Description The Quality Assurance Analyst serves as the primary QA point of contact for project teams, responsible for developing and managing test cases, supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), executing functional testing, managing defects, and producing detailed test and status reports. The role supports multiple agency business systems and ensures quality standards are met through documentation review and formal approvals. Skills - Quality Assurance & Software Testing (3+ years) - Endtoend testing across functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing in enterprise environments. - Test Case Development & Management (3+ years) - Creating, validating, and maintaining detailed test cases and scenarios using Azure DevOps (ADO). - Defect Management & Reporting (3+ years) - Logging, tracking, and reporting defects using ServiceNow and ADO, including severity, impact, and rootcause analysis. Additional Skills & Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with strong knowledge of QA methodologies, enterprise application testing, databases (Oracle/SQL Server), ETL and BI tools, Unix/Linux basics, and excellent analytical, communication, and timemanagement skills. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tallahassee, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $58.00/hr.
