Inova IT Service Management is looking for a dedicated ServiceNow Developer - HRSD to join the Team. This remote role will be full-time working day-shift Monday - Friday.

The ServiceNow Developer - HRSD is responsible for advancing IT Service Management, ITOM and ITBM as well as platform foundational functionality through out-of-the-box capabilities and advanced application development. Supports critical operational services and high-priority strategic projects. Serves as an essential resource for several Information Technology Service projects including the foundation re-build, customer/team member experience, CSDM/CMDB, Discovery, PPM and other areas of responsibility.

ServiceNow Developer - HRSD Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet business requirements.

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow platform and applications.

  • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure the quality of the developed solutions.

  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring their effective utilization of ServiceNow.

  • Collaborate with the IT team and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices, ensuring our platform remains current.

  • Document and maintain clear and concise technical documentation for future reference.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: HS or GED
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong background in healthcare industry preferred.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflow design, and module configuration.
  • Experience with HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) preferred.
  • Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for CIS-HR and CIS-SPM preferred.

This position is eligible for remote work for candidates residing in the following states - VA, MD, DC, DE, FL, GA, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV.
