Your Opportunity: Taylor Warehousing & Distribution is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at our Jeffersonville, IN, facility.

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday with overtime as required including some weekends.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assemble products, components, or materials into predefined kits based on Kitting work orders (KQWs)

• Verify correct parts, quantities, and specifications before and after kitting

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety guidelines

• Inspect components for defects or damage prior to assembly

• Label, package, and prepare completed kits for storage, shipment, or production use

• Accurately record completed kits and inventory movements

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Report shortages, discrepancies, or quality issues to a supervisor

You Must Have:

• Flexibility to perform a variety of job assignments

• Familiar with basic computer operations

• Basic Math and Reading Skills

• Ability to work as a team member and independently

Requirements Within This position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials

• Frequently required to move inside the facility

• Regularly move up to 50+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• Prior warehouse/receiving experience

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $15. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
