Now Hiring: Housekeeper in Snowmass, CO

We are seeking a dependable Housekeeper to manage the day-to-day cleanliness and upkeep across a privately owned equine and estate property(ies). This year-round position (minimum 32 hours/week) offers a pay rate of $30 per hour, plus a company-paid medical plan, paid time off, and 401(k).

Responsible for:

• Following established cleaning checklists to ensure impeccable standards.

• Managing guest turnover, handling deep cleaning, and performing routine maintenance of interior spaces.

• Monitoring and restocking household supplies, including linens and cleaning products.

• Sorting and laundering various fabrics per care instructions.

• Organizing closets, cabinets, and storage areas.

• Conducting self-inspections, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining quality control.

• Working around dogs, horses and staff when needed at the ranch residence.

• Other duties as assigned.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation equipped for winter driving (AWD/4WD) be able to lift 25 – 50 lbs. Candidate must be able to successfully pass a background screening and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored visa assistance.
