Join Allied Universal at a busy healthcare location as a Front Desk officer, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and support daily security-related operations with professionalism and care. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, screening visitors, and supporting security-related procedures for a healthcare location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, manage access requests, issue visitor credentials, and help to document arrivals, departures, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff, guests, and emergency personnel as needed.
• Answer phones, greet patients, visitors, and staff, and provide directions and information consistent with front desk post instructions and/or location protocols.
• Complete logs, reports, and other required documentation related to incidents, access activity, and daily front desk operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
