As a Security Officer Driver Rover Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a government location, where you will conduct routine patrols, drive as part of your assigned duties, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Working with an agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will put people first, support daily operations, and act with integrity in a dynamic public-facing environment.

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a government location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details to site contacts and/or public agency personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support orderly operations at a public sector location.
  • Document daily activities, incidents, and/or policy-related observations with clear and accurate written reports for Allied Universal and site leadership review.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A guard card/license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
