Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer in a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through strong customer service, clear communication, and teamwork, while bringing integrity, reliability, and a people-first mindset to every shift.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed activity according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor for issues such as shoplifting concerns, loitering, disorderly conduct, and/or access control concerns, and report observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Support closing and opening activities, assist with crowd and line management during busy periods, and provide directions or assistance to the public in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
