Posting Date 04/13/2026 2476 Swedesford RdSTE 150, Malvern, Pennsylvania, 19355-1456, United States of AmericaRole Summary: The Sr. Director, Data Domain Owner will own and lead the strategic direction, prioritization, and governance for one of DaVita's five enterprise data domains: Provider. Domain Owners will be accountable for ensuring domain data provides substantial enterprise value (e.g., high-quality, accessible, compliant data that enables high-value Village use cases). The Domain Owner will coordinate closely with Data Stewards and Data Custodians across several 'sub-domains' (categories of data within the domain). These Data Stewards and Data Custodians will drive frontline execution (e.g., for data quality and accessibility) within a given sub-domain as part of a "two-in-a-box" model: The Data Steward will represent the "business user" perspective, while the Data Custodian will represent the "technical user" perspective. Domain Owners will help Data Stewards and Data Custodians prioritize their efforts, working closely with business leaders across DaVita to ensure alignment with Village-wide priorities. Domain Owners will also drive Domain Working Groups to coordinate activity across different sub-domains (e.g., aligning consistent data definitions across different areas of the business).
