Parts Associate

Currently, we are seeking a Parts Associate to support our Williamsport, MD location. We offer tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!

Main Duties:

Order, process, & pull parts for our Customers and Road/Shop Personnel

Inventory control / Shipping / Receiving of Parts Inventory including the ability to perform inventory counts at customer's sites independently and accurately

Source parts to find the best value for our customers

Maintain an accurate inventory

Seek to resolve customer issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see implications and provide solutions and recommendations.

Foster relationships with new and existing customers

Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.

Ability to work independently and together with team members in a demanding, fast-paced environment; and must be able to adapt quickly to change.

Ensure success of daily operations by communicating with other team members as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Positive attitude

Candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills

Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment

Excellent work ethic

Applicant must be a team player

Computer proficient

Stable work history

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Compensation:

This position is paid hourly with a pay range of $20/hr to $30/hr. Compensation is based on experience.
